Are calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers or the Internet included in my inclusive calls?

No. Only numbers with area codes starting with 01 or 02 (like 01273 and 020) qualify as national and local landlines and are therefore inclusive in the plan, unless you have:

• registered for free 0845/0870 calls in My Account
• taken Onetel Line Rental with an inclusive call plan since April 2009

Are these plans billed by the second?

No, the rates and calls are billed by the minute.

Are there any connection fees or minimum call charges on these plans?

There are no minimum call charges but the following connection fees apply:

• 13.1p on calls to UK landlines
• 13.1p on calls to any UK mobile

Call connection fees do not apply to the following call types:

• Inclusive calls; calls that form part of your call package eg. UK Weekend calls on the UK Calls Weekend plan, UK Evening & Weekend calls on the UK Calls Evening & Weekend call package, etc
• Calls to free phone numbers, eg. 0800 numbers
• Calls that already attract a fixed charge as part of the call, eg. TalkTalk Onetel Directory Enquiries (118111)
