Lost or Stolen Mobile

If your phone has been lost or stolen, please call Onetel Customer Services immediately on 0845 818 8000 in order to suspend it from use.

A national mobile phone database has been created under an initiative called Immobilise to enable phones to be blocked on all networks, once reported stolen. When you call Onetel Customer Services to report a stolen phone, once blocked it will not be able to be used by anyone on any network. For more information on the Immobilise campaign, please visit the Immobilise Website.

If your phone has been stolen, you should also report the theft to your nearest police station.
