What is Online Billing?

Online billing puts you in control of your account. Once you've signed up to online billing, you'll receive an e-mail notification, letting you know your bill is ready to view in the My Account section of our website. You don't need to wait for your bill to be delivered. You can compare your current bill with previous bills in a number of formats (PDF, HTML, Excel). You can also get a live balance of your unbilled calls.

How do I sign up to Online Billing?

You can sign up for Online Billing here. We'll send monthly e-mails to your chosen e-mail address when your bills are ready to view.

What format can I view my bills in?

  • PDF   This is an exact copy of the bills we would have sent you in the post. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view bills in this format. This useful piece of software is available from the Adobe website.
  • HTML   You will see a webpage showing all billing information.
  • Excel   You can save a copy of this onto your computer, to help with your home accounting.

Why do I need to pay if I want to receive my bill via post?

As more customers go online, we have decided to offer them a discount as an incentive for reducing our costs. Online Billing helps save the environment by cutting down on paper.
