Help :: Landline :: Mobile Override
It allows you to 'override' your existing mobile network and get great Onetel International Talk rates.
There is no monthly fee. Calls are charged at Onetel International Talk rates. Visit the rates page for full details.
Yes, you can still use your mobile access or Mobile Override service. You will however have to use a new 020 access number, which will potentially give you a better rate from an Orange mobile than continuing with the 0800 number. Orange will charge you for calls to this new access number at your current Orange rate for calls to a landline. See above for new access numbers.
Orange will charge you for calls at your current rate for calls to a landline. For information about these rates, please contact Orange direct.
Orange has informed their customers by way of a message that you will hear when you call an 0800 number.
Your call will be routed through your mobile phone service provider if you do not press hash (#) after the destination number.
Your mobile provider may have barred our current access number. If this is the case, Onetel will provide a new number. Please dial 0800 957 0400 to find the current Orange access number. Please note: You may also get the message 'number not recognised'. If this is not a fault on your mobile network, then follow the steps above.
To make calls through Onetel you must be able to make outbound calls. If you are still having difficulties please Log a Service Fault.
