What is the International Talk Plan?

International Talk (formerly the Standard Plan) gives you cheap International rates to destinations around the world.

How do I use International Talk?

This depends on whether you use CPS (Carrier Pre-Selection) or an access code as your access method.

CPS/PhonePal users

If you are a CPS customer you dont need to do anything. Just pick up the phone and dial as usual. The calls are automatically routed through Onetel. The same applied for PhonePal users.

Access code users

BT customers
Dial 1877 from your landline to access the service. Theres no need to wait for a dial tone just enter the number of your destination straight away. Example : 18770049xxxxxxxx for a call to Germany

Cable customers
Dial 0800 957 1877 from your landline to access the service. Wait for the voice prompt, which will ask you to enter the destination number followed by the hash key (#) on your telephone keypad.

Customers on Channel Islands / Isle of Man
Dial 0207 018 0005 from your landline to access the service. Wait for the voice prompt, which will ask you to enter the destination number followed by the hash key (#) on your telephone keypad.
